Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Please pack the product securely and send it back to the provided address.
Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy

You can exchange an item for a different size or color (subject to availability).

If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace the item at no extra cost.
